The Grove Social

This full home remodel for a Glencoe, IL family of four was a joy!. Every room— kitchen, living room, social room for virtual school, bedrooms, and the dining room— were given the full JSDG treatment. Some of the most exciting elements, as you’ll see pictured below, include the gorgeous blue stone tile in the master bathroom and a bold, free-standing stone soaking tub. We also love the metallic wallpaper in the dining room, the custom hood and built-in banquet in the kitchen, and the overall open floor plan that allows reinvigorated energy to flow gracefully throughout the home. This remodel also features one of our “social rooms,” a new concept for virtual/remote school, meetings, learning, art projects, hanging out etc. This room, which we dubbed The Grove Social, includes built-in desks for homework and studying, unique accessories, and plenty of inspiring custom artwork showcasing the family’s travels. Note the custom Grove Social sign inviting the family’s two young daughters into their new at-home study sanctuary!
